Shipping & Returns
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers as defined by The Scaler Store or its delegate and travel at customer risk. If insurance is chosen the goods travel at our own risk: in case of theft/loss The Scaler Store is committed to send a new product and, if the same had to be unavailable and/or exhausted, propose a different product, but with the same characteristics, with faculty for the client not to accept this new product and ask them to issue credit note relating to the product.
Assuming that the carrier is choosen in any way by the customer, The Scaler Store will not be responsible for loss or damage of the product from the moment of delivery to the carrier at its stores.
Shipments are made only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The delivery time depends on the type of shipping chosen by the customer, and the same may vary due to force majeure or because of traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the authorities.
The delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours: from 8.30 to 12.30; from 15.30 to 19.30, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
